This tiny parcel of wine (one barrel) was 100% barrel fermented in French oak to enhance texture and flavour. With aromas of pear and jasmine, the palate is harmonious and rounded. Full flavours of pear, guava, apple and a hint of vanilla oak are complemented with a velvety mouth feel and a long, rich finish.

This wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered - to retain the true flavours of the wine. Note there may be sedement in the bottom of the bottle, but this is just lees, and is safe to consume.
